David Mutesaasira

CO-FOUNDER

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

David is a big-picture thinker and leads our team forward towards our vision. David has 7 years of working experience in environmentally-friendly building designs, rainwater harvesting storage designs, construction management of institutional, residential, and commercial buildings, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) facilities.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, and a National Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering.

Adah is a process-thinker and focuses on turning our big-picture ideas into reality . Adah has five years of experience working as a civil/structural engineer in the United States and holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structures and International development.

Adah also has experience working in Uganda as an engineering consultant for local non-profit organizations and social enterprises.

Florence is our go-to person for all things finance. She is the Finance and Administration Manager and manages accounting and financial reporting for EII. She has over 5 years of finance, accounting and administrative management.

Florence was the Finance officer for Brick by Brick Construction Company, She has also served as a volunteer accountant for a nonprofit organization that provided health care services in Lwengo district. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management specializing in both finance and accounting from Uganda Martyrs University.

ARCHITECTURAL PLANNER

TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR

Dorothy has 6 years of experience in architectural and draughtsmanship. Today architectural practice consumes all of Dorothy`s professional time. She focuses on modernist homes, Passive Houses, net-zero energy structural buildings and mid-century modern buildings in general.

Dorothy Talemwa holds a Diploma in Architectural and Draughtsmanship and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Muteesa I Royal University.

Boniface brings a positive attitude and energy to all projects, big and small. Boniface holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Uganda Technical College-Lira.

He has over 3 years of experience in the planning, design and construction management of civil and structural engineering projects.
